Don’t join a gym–join a community! When you join Spring Valley Fitness & Wellness Center, we welcome you to come as you are. Whether you are a fitness novice or have been exercising your entire life, you will belong here. We have classes for all fitness levels. Chair yoga and water aerobics are popular with our members with limited mobility. Complete body and cycling are a hit with our more experienced participants. For those seeking a more hands-on approach, we offer personal training services for an additional fee with our certified, highly-trained professionals.
