Has you working with kettle bells, bands and balls in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format that will work the total body. Prior strength training recommended.

Cardio HIIT

For all fitness levels! It is sure to get you heart pumping, muscles moving, and body sweating as you work through various exercise intervals. Low, medium, and high impact options given.

Chair Aerobics

Allows you to move your body to improve your cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength as you sit.

Chair Yoga

A fun way to improve your flexibility, stretching, deep breathing and seated yoga postures.

Complete Body

Work with hand weights and body bars as you strengthen and tone your body.

Core & More

Targets the abs, spine, internal & external obliques and glutes which will reshape and tone your body. This class also can include low impact cardio, followed by core movements. If you are a beginner or trying to reach your goal, all exercises can be modified and will include a progression to insure the best fitness outcomes.

Cycling 1

Learn the basics of safe, efficient, lower-body cardio exercise that will enable you to take cycle classes anywhere, anytime, with any instructor. Progressive instruction helps build skills and capability at beginner and expert levels. Great refresher class for even the most experienced cyclists.

Cycling 2

This class provides you the opportunity to challenge yourself with periods of intense cycling followed by recovery periods. Prior cycling experience is helpful.

Cycling 3

A high intensity class with varying resistance motivated by electrifying music; ends with stretching.

Fit for Life

Using a chair, hand weights, and a mat, all workouts include balance, cardio heart health, body weight strength training using a chair with a back, strength training using hand weights, abs, and stretching – it is a full body workout!

Heart & Muscle

For all ages and levels! You will warm up/stretch and then alternate cardio (you choose low or mid-impact cardio intervals) with light weights to improve muscle tone and strength and finish up with more stretching!


Increases flexibility and builds core strength using certain positions and your own body weight for resistance. Mind and body work together through the body’s full range of motion.

Rep Reebok

An effective strength training activity, utilizing platforms and various weights to increase muscle tone, shape, and function.

Walk Fit

In this low-impact class you will practice walking at different paces, some lateral (sideways) movements, as well as some backwards motions and walking.


Designed for those just starting out no matter what your degree of flexibility or experience might be.

Yoga 2

Emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. It is a slow continuous moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Yoga Strength & Stretch

This class moves through a variety of traditional standing postures and core work to increase strength and endurance. It ends with longer held stretching to gain flexibility and mobility. Great for all levels!


Combines high energy music with Latin influences and highlights unique moves and combos. Utilizes interval training & resistance training.
