Tarja “Toddia” Williams

Tarja’s 30+ year education and practice in movement studies and bodywork has brought her to the JCC to be a part of your journey to create strength, balance, and ease. Regardless of where you are on this journey she will support your effort through a variety of massage techniques to become aware of your unique goals and needs. Tarja uses muscle testing to individualize your massage experience. She will use various techniques, including myofascial, positional release, and pressure point, to release tension and address chronic pain or postural muscle issues that may be interfering with your ease of movement.

· Provided Workman’s Comp and L&I rehabilitative massage for the state of WA and personal injury rehabilitation massage for accidents and falls

· Bodywork for the Childbearing Year and Certified Doula 2000

· NCTMB (Nationally Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) 2008

Currently provides rehabilitative massage at the Arbor Rehabilitative facility and residence for the Lutheran Homes of SC. Tarja is also actively involved in supporting the community through volunteer, educational, and humanitarian efforts.
